What makes the magic circle especially useful is that – as tension is applied to the circle – the circle, in return, provides increased resistance to the muscles. In this workshop we teach Self Myofascial Release, which if practised on a regular basis, can result in increased circulation, reduction in pain and improvement in range of movement.
